Simon Komla Agbenyegah Ayivi is Founder and Executive Chairman of GBM Plant & Constructions Ltd. He provides strategic leadership and drives the Company's long-term growth, investment strategy, corporate development, and institutional positioning.

With more than two decades of experience spanning investment banking, asset management, pension fund administration, corporate governance, and infrastructure development, Mr. Ayivi brings a distinctive combination of financial-sector expertise and hands-on entrepreneurial experience to GBM. His background provides a strong foundation for evaluating investment opportunities, structuring businesses for sustainable growth, developing strategic partnerships, and building institutions capable of operating at scale.

Before transitioning fully into the construction and infrastructure sector, Mr. Ayivi built a substantial career in financial services. He previously served as an Asset Manager at Databank Asset Management Services Ltd, gaining extensive experience in investment management and financial markets. His international experience includes working in derivatives settlements with Morgan Stanley Inc. in Baltimore, USA, and Morgan Stanley UK in Glasgow, Scotland, providing exposure to international financial markets, risk management, transaction processing, and institutional operating standards.

In 2011, he co-founded Axis Pensions Group Ltd, and served as Chief Operating Officer. At Axis Pensions Group, he was a regulator-licensed trustee for three major pension schemes and also served on the boards of Axis Pensions Group Ltd, Axis Pension Administration Services Ltd, Axis Pension Trust Ltd (Ghana), as well as Axis Pensions Rwanda, contributing to corporate strategy, governance, business development, and institutional growth across the Group.

His entrepreneurial career subsequently expanded into the construction and infrastructure sector. In 2020, he co-founded VPL Concrete Ltd, serving as the firm's founding Managing Director until January 2026. This experience provided direct exposure to concrete manufacturing, construction supply chains, project execution, plant operations, and infrastructure development, and ultimately informed the establishment and strategic development of GBM Plant & Constructions Ltd.

At GBM, Mr. Ayivi is focused on building a professionally managed, scalable and investment-ready construction and manufacturing platform, with particular emphasis on ready-mix concrete, precast and prefabricated concrete products, infrastructure development, operational efficiency, strategic partnerships, and disciplined capital deployment.

Beyond GBM, Mr. Ayivi serves as Chairman of Apakan Securities Ltd — a securities brokerage firm in Accra — and Chairman of EYS Ghana Ltd, a logistics company also in Accra. In 2019, he founded the Spero Foundation, an educational support charity based in Accra, where he serves as Chairman.

Ing. Solomon Gyebi Boateng is the Managing Director of GBM Plant & Constructions Ltd. He is a trained and professional Civil Engineer. He brings on board over two decades of experience in design and construction of civil engineering projects, design and production of higher grades Ready Mix & Precast concrete product, and project management across Ghana's construction industry.

Prior to joining GBM Plant & Constructions Ltd, Ing. Boateng served as the General Manager of VPL Concrete Ltd from January 2021 to January 2026. During his tenure, he was responsible for overseeing all technical operations of the ready-mix concrete and concrete products manufacturing business, ensuring quality production standards, operational efficiency, and effective project support services.

Before joining VPL Concrete Ltd, he served as General Manager of GEODOMI Concrete Products Ltd. His earlier career experience includes working as Site and Technical Supervisor at VAMSET Ltd and as Site and Projects Manager at REIME Ghana Ltd. He also held key operational leadership roles as Factory and Operations Manager at African Concrete Products (ACP) Ltd and as General and Production Manager at Atlantic Quarry & Concrete Ltd where he led to successfully restructure, developed and implemented systems and structures for the existing operations to achieve efficiency over a short period of time.

Ing. Boateng's accomplished technical and management skills were enhanced through training, seminars, and workshops he has undertaken over the years of his professional practice. These include: Sustainable Concrete Design using Supplementary Cementitious Materials (LC3 technology) – EPFL, Lausanne - Switzerland, 2024; 3-day Strategic Leadership & Management training for senior managers – LMI, 2018; Financial Decision Making & Risk Analysis for Non-Finance Managers – GTUC, 2015; Strategic Leadership & People Management - GTUC, 2015; Operations Management Efficiency - Stanford Business School, SEED Centre Accra, 2015; Managing Safety, Health and Environment at Construction site – GhIE, 2013.

Ing. Paul Kwabena Asiedu is an accomplished mechanical engineer, technology entrepreneur, and innovation ecosystem leader with over 15 years of experience spanning engineering project delivery, renewable energy systems, digital infrastructure, and agritech innovation across West Africa. He currently serves as an Independent Director on the Board of GBM Plant & Constructions Ltd, where he provides strategic oversight on engineering, technology integration, sustainability, and operational risk management.

Ing. Asiedu is also the Technical Director of ONEG Engineering Services Ltd, a multi-disciplinary engineering and technology solutions company operating across Ghana and selected international markets.

He began his professional career at Tema Oil Refinery during his National Service, where he supported procurement operations and developed database-driven systems for order tracking and document management, improving operational efficiency and record accuracy. He later joined Atlantis Structures Ltd as an Engineering Supervisor and progressed to Assistant Installations Manager, leading installation and engineering execution on major industrial projects across Ghana and Guinea Conakry.

He subsequently served as Projects Engineer at Homble Energy Services, delivering engineering solutions across Ghana and Nigeria, with exposure to energy infrastructure and technical project coordination.

In December 2011, Ing. Asiedu founded ONEG Engineering Services Ltd and continues to serve as Director. Under his leadership, ONEG has evolved into a diversified technical solutions provider offering Managed IT Services, Greenhouse Technology Solutions, and Solar Power Systems. The company has expanded operations across Ghana, Togo, Côte d'Ivoire, Kenya, and China, delivering innovative, technology-driven solutions across multiple sectors.

Ing. Asiedu is also Co-founder of Techshelta Company Ltd, an agribusiness enterprise focused on greenhouse farming optimization and precision agriculture solutions. His leadership contributed to the company receiving industry recognition and awards from Kosmos Energy, the Ghana Climate Innovation Centre (GCIC), and Greentech.

Beyond his corporate roles, Ing. Asiedu plays an active role in entrepreneurship and innovation development across Ghana. He currently serves as Director of the PQI Innovation Hub Network, an Accents and Art initiative funded by the Mastercard Foundation, overseeing a multi-city innovation ecosystem spanning Accra, Ho, Kumasi, and Tamale.

Through the PQI Innovation Hub, he currently supports 100+ businesses through structured entrepreneurship development programs, including starter entrepreneurship programs, seed funding programs, innovation training built on Design Thinking and Lean Startup methodologies, and growth capital pathways for high-potential startups.

Richard Kwame Siaw serves as an Independent Director of GBM Plant & Constructions Ltd, bringing more than 17 years of experience in private equity, SME finance, corporate and project finance, investment structuring, and business value creation. His extensive investment and transaction experience provides GBM with valuable strategic insight as the Company expands its operations, develops new business opportunities, and positions itself for institutional and strategic investment.

Mr. Siaw is the Managing Partner of Alderon Ltd, a Ghana-based financial advisory firm focused on capital raising, fund management, and strategic advisory services. Through Alderon, he advises businesses and investors on growth capital, financial strategy, transactions, and value creation.

Prior to founding Alderon, Richard spent over a decade as Investment Director at Oasis Capital Ghana, where he played a leading role in deploying more than US$70 million in capital across high-impact SMEs in Ghana and Côte d'Ivoire. His investment portfolio and sector exposure span education, healthcare, financial services, real estate, hospitality, and agribusiness, giving him broad experience in assessing businesses across different operating environments and growth stages.

Richard also serves on the Investment Committee of the Rural Development Fund (RDF) Ghana, contributing to investment decisions across agriculture, renewable energy, and financial inclusion, with particular emphasis on sustainability, economic impact, and long-term value creation.

His core strengths include investment analysis, deal sourcing, due diligence, financial modelling, transaction structuring, capital raising, stakeholder engagement, and execution of complex transactions. Earlier in his career, he gained international experience at Madison Street Capital, LLC in North America, working on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, financial modelling, and investor communications.

At GBM, Richard's expertise strengthens the Company's financial discipline, investment readiness, capital-raising capability, transaction execution, and strategic decision-making. His perspective is particularly valuable as GBM seeks to attract institutional capital, develop strategic partnerships, expand its asset base, and scale its concrete manufacturing and infrastructure businesses into a larger, professionally managed enterprise.

Cyril Dzidedi Korku Nkrumah serves as Company Secretary of GBM Plant & Constructions Ltd, where he contributes to the Company's corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic institutional development.

A dynamic Ghanaian legal and business professional, Cyril brings to GBM a distinctive multidisciplinary perspective combining legal, actuarial, financial, and commercial expertise. His practice and professional experience encompass commercial and cross-border transactions, contracts, taxation, corporate governance, statutory and regulatory compliance, arbitration, ESG, and FinTech, providing a strong foundation for supporting GBM's growth and evolving corporate structure.

Cyril is an Associate at Sustineri Attorneys PRUC, where he has advised regulators, investors, SMEs, and multinational organizations on complex legal and commercial matters. His experience extends beyond traditional legal practice through his role as Operations Lead at CONNECT F.A.T Ltd., where he leads engagements involving business advisory, private equity and debt financing, and transfer pricing. He also brings valuable experience from Ghana's pension industry, having worked with master trust scheme portfolios.

His commitment to professional excellence extends to academia and entrepreneurship development. Cyril is an Assistant Lecturer in Contract Law at KAAF University College and served as Lead Consultant for the NEIP Adwumawura Programme (2025), contributing to the development of its national curriculum and training-of-trainers programme.

At GBM, his role supports the Company's ambition to build a well-governed, professionally managed and investment-ready organization, with robust corporate structures and practices capable of supporting sustained growth, strategic partnerships, and long-term value creation.

Ing. Abdulai Mahama serves as Engineering Consultant to GBM Plant & Constructions Ltd. He is a registered Civil Engineer with over 20 years of professional experience in civil and building construction. He possesses extensive expertise in materials and soil engineering, earthworks, drainage design, and project management for roads, bridges, and building structures. Over the years, Ing. Mahama has successfully managed and delivered numerous projects across Ghana, demonstrating strong technical competence, managerial skill, and leadership.

He has been a member in good standing of the Ghana Institution of Engineers (GhIE) since 2016 and of the Institution of Engineering & Technology, Ghana since 2014.

Ing. Mahama has further enhanced his professional expertise through specialized training, seminars, and workshops, including: Fundamentals of Engineering Contracts Training – GhIE, 2025; Structural Integrity Investigations Seminar (Roads & Buildings) – GhIE, 2017; Technical Presentation on Cold Plastics Road Marking Systems – Evonik / GhIE, 2016; Oil & Gas Sector Training – Shelley's Investment & Management Ltd, GNPC, 2013; Asphalt Pavement Workshop – GhIE & KNUST, 2012; Workshops on Bituminous Surface Dressing – Ghana Highway Authority, 2012; Stakeholder Seminar on Illegal Mining & Risk Control, 2015; Research Conference on Collaboration with Industry – Koforidua, 2013.

In addition to his consultancy role at GBM, Ing. Mahama currently serves as Senior Project Manager at Maripoma Enterprise Limited, where he leads technical meetings, coordinates engineers and contractors, ensures project timelines, budgets, and safety compliance, and manages community concerns. Since 2015, he has also served as Project Director / Engineering at MATRAS Engineering Services Ltd, overseeing construction progress and quality, managing project finances and risks, providing leadership and strategic guidance, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Previously, he served as Materials / Soils Engineer at Comptran Engineering & Planning Associates, supervising all material testing and quality control, managing earthworks, and overseeing the construction of bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and U-drains. He has also led soil investigations and prepared reports for multiple institutional, commercial, and industrial projects, including Accra Crystal-ROK Factory, DTI Design & Technology Institute, Accra Lions Stadium, and several senior high school blocks across Ashanti and Greater Accra Regions.
